ENIGMA - 5 Week Native Movement™ Women's Cohort (Fall 2024)
Join A Five Week Native Movement™ Group Study into the Mind, Heart, Body & Spirit. This embodiment ritual is designed to help individuals explore & experience their own essence through various pathways such as breathwork, nature, reiki meditation, somatic practices, physical fitness, & dance therapy.
This approach fosters emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical vitality, helping women to manage stress, build resilience, and stay connected in our seemingly “disembodied” culture. Through self-discovery and inner growth, students gain the tools to navigate daily challenges with grace & confidence, align with their true essence and values, and lead a more balanced, purposeful life in today’s fast-paced world.

*For those who are already attuned to or practice Reiki, this particular program will have information and practices included that you might have previously studied in your Shoden (Level I) training. Some of what we will cover will be a refresher. Therefore, I am offering a $40 discount to those who notify me of their prerequisites prior to enrolling (baileebrucehealing@gmail.com)
Practitioner Cost: $125 (Please note, I will not be providing Shoden Reiki attunements during this cohort experience.)
