Guided by Bailee Bruce, we will engage in 4 different rituals (Tea, Sound Healing, Somatic Meditation & Free-Flow Writing) to support us through the Winter months. Each class invites an unhurried & quiet pace in order for us to greet ourselves and the day, gracefully & intentionally.
Open to all levels & all beings. PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat, water bottle & journal/pen. (Tea, Water, Meditation Chair & Blanket will be provided)
